We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info@goldforus.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of receipt. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was damaged on arrival or was not the item ordered.

Items damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. We cover return postage in those cases.

Every piece additionally carries a 12-month warranty against plating failure under normal wear. Damage caused by chlorine, perfume, cosmetics or household chemicals is excluded.
