We ship worldwide from Turkey, including all U.S. states.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit to the United States takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays and customs.

Shipping is charged at checkout and is free on orders over $75.

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Where import duties or taxes are levied by the destination country, they are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery by the carrier. Parcels unclaimed and returned to us will be re-sent at no charge.
