30-day returns
If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. It needs to be unworn and in its original box.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong items
Photograph the piece and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return postage and send a replacement immediately.
Plating warranty
Separately from returns, every piece carries a 12-month warranty against plating failure in normal wear. Chlorine, perfume and household cleaners are not normal wear — see the care notes on each product page.
