Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our workshop in Turkey, including all fifty U.S. states.
Cost
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Istanbul time ship the following business day.
- Transit to the U.S.: 5–9 business days once dispatched.
- Orders placed Saturday afternoon or Sunday are dispatched Monday.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and duties
Parcels to the United States are shipped duty-paid where possible. If your country charges import duty on arrival, that charge is the recipient's responsibility.
If nobody is home
The carrier leaves a card and holds the parcel at the nearest depot. Parcels not collected within three days are returned to us — write to info@goldforus.com and we will re-send at no charge.
